Access the Udyam Portal: Visit the official Udyam Registration portal. Ensure you are on the correct website to avoid scams.
Log In: Click the “Print/Verify” option. Log in using your Udyam Registration Number (URN) and mobile number or email ID. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Locate Certificate: Navigate to your business dashboard. Find the “Print Certificate” or “Download Certificate” option.
Download Certificate: Click on “Download Certificate” to get your Udyam Certificate in PDF format.
Print Certificate: Open the PDF file and ensure your computer is connected to a printer. Select “Print” from the PDF viewer’s menu. Choose your printer and print the certificate.
Verify Details: Ensure all details on the printed certificate are accurate. The certificate should include your business name, Udyam Registration Number, type of enterprise, etc.
Store Copies: Keep a physical and digital copy of your Udyam Certificate. Store the physical copy securely and back up the digital copy.
